RENTON, WASH. — Providence’s “Mental Health Moment” series has been named a winner in PR Daily’s Content Marketing Awards in the Content Series category.
Providence’s No One Cares Alone program is a robust well-being program with tools and resources to serve the unique needs of caregivers (health care workers) at every step of their mental health journey.
No One Cares Alone is designed to normalize discussions around mental health by reducing the stigma that prevents people from speaking up and provide its employee caregivers with the tools to help themselves or others when needed. To reach its 117,000 employees, Providence communicators work with the health and wellbeing team in human resources to create content and share informative mental health tips and resources, as well as compelling stories featuring employees speaking candidly about their mental health journey.
“Mental Health Moment”, a key content component of No One Cares Alone, is a bimonthly feature story series in the employee newsletter. The Mental Health Moment content series generated significant engagement, drawing 99,049 unique users to at least one post and an average of eight posts viewed per user. Some 42,000 caregivers actively participated in wellness activities, and 32,000 people completed the E-CPR suicide prevention training.
