Senior Manager Provider Credentialing

Shannon Swartley is senior manager of provider credentialing for behavioral health concierge services. She has led teams in health care credentialing for more than 15 years.

Shannon has a strong knowledge of federal and state regulations and national accreditation standards related to provider quality assurance, telehealth licensing, medical staff privileging, and payor enrollment. She is dual certified by the National Association of Medical Staff Services and holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Gonzaga University. 

She resides in Portland  and ensures her life/work balance by spending her free time hiking in the national parks, working on upholstery projects, meditating and spending time with family.
