Supervisor Tele-Behavioral Health

Meredith Ford, licensed clinical social worker, brings more than15 years of experience to her role as a clinical social worker supervisor for behavioral health concierge services.

With a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California and a specialization in families and children, Meredith has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and communities in overcoming mental health challenges and improving overall well-being. Throughout her career, Meredith has worked in various settings, including hospitals, schools, residential facilities and private practices, providing her with a broad understanding of the various aspects of mental health care.

She believes that we all possess unique qualities and strengths that should be nurtured and integrates this belief in her interactions with patients as she partners with them to navigate life’s challenges. As a supervisor, Meredith is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for her team of social workers. She is passionate about providing excellent mental health care to the selfless caregivers who serve in the Providence system.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys hiking, gardening, and cheering for her three boys on the baseball field.
