Jennifer Graves

Grants & Finance Director

Jennifer Graves serves as the Grants and Finance Director for Providence’s Well Being Trust. In this role, she oversees the awarding and administration of the organization’s grants portfolio and ensures alignment with organizational goals and community needs. She also manages initiatives aimed at increasing access to behavioral health care in Providence’s footprint communities.

Jennifer has 20 years of experience in the grants management field, working at both grantmaking and grantee organizations including Kaiser Permanente’s National Program Offices, ClimateWorks Foundation’s Climate and Land Use Alliance, and Super Stars Literacy. In all of these roles, in addition to handling end-to-end grants management processes, she managed a variety of projects aimed at building systems, evaluating and improving processes, and creating solutions to meet changing organizational needs.

Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola Marymount University
