Danica Boyle, MPH, MHA

Senior Project Manager

Danica Boyle has more than a decade working in consulting, program management, and systems change in public health and health care administration, with particular expertise in quality improvement, strategic planning, change management, and team development. They enjoy working with clinical and operational leaders and direct care teams to improve care delivery across the life spectrum — from maternal child health and children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, to aging and elder care services, advance care planning, and palliative care.

Danica worked previously at the Providence Institute for Human Caring where they focused on palliative care, and most recently was the consulting lead for the supportive care services team at Kaiser Permanente Northern California to start up a new centralized service providing advance care planning across the region. Earlier in their career, they supported quality improvement strategies and implementation for the UW Medicine Accountable Care Network, and as a Consulting Manager at The Permanente Medical Group in the department of Quality and Operations Support.

Danica cares deeply about mental health, with numerous close personal connections to this, and they are very excited to contribute professionally in this arena. She has a passion for bringing expansive and creative approaches to build solutions and incorporates an intersectional lens to stay anchored in social justice, equity, and community-focused needs.

You can find Danica on one of the Puget Sound islands, adventuring with their partner and two quirky dogs, doing land and building projects, and polishing her craft cocktail bartending skills at a community-focused hub. She also loves live music, dancing, paddling, cycling, and anything art and handicraft related.
