Senior Manager Tele-Behavioral Health

Cathlyn Fraguela Rios, licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) is the senior manager for behavioral health concierge services. She leads a team of 25 LICSWs who provide tele-behavioral health consultation to Providence caregivers and their household members as well as Providence Health Plan members.

Cathlyn holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from the University of Washington.

She has served as a speaker at several conferences including the American Health Insurance Plans Conference in 2023 where she was a panel speaker and presented on the topic: Behavioral Health Concierge- A People-First Innovation in Behavioral Health. Additionally, Cathlyn is co-author of a 2013 analysis published in Men and Masculinities titled: Context, Challenges, and Tensions in Global Efforts to Engage Men in the Prevention of Violence against Women: An Ecological Analysis.

An avid soccer fan, she has been a Seattle Sounders FC season ticket holder since 2011. Cathlyn also enjoys spending time with her family and community, daily walks with her dog, reading, cooking, and playing board games with friends.
