Mandi Ucab
Program Manager, Mental Health Strategy
Mandi Ucab is the program manager for the Mental Health Strategy Team at Providence. She has been with Providence since 2019 and in the behavioral health field for the better part of two decades. Prior to her time at Providence, Mandi dedicated her career to non-profit, working in community behavioral health in various roles from direct patient care and supervising front line staff to administration and project management.
She has been an advocate for the underserved and is passionate about mental health access and awareness. She believes that it is vital that everyone has access to mental health services, when they need it, and that we all continue to work toward a culture shift, accepting behavioral health care as a necessary part of caring for the whole person.
Mandi holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California. She also holds a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, two children and two standard poodles.
