Ashley Hill, MBA, MPH
Ashley Hill is the first Executive Fellow of Well Being Trust, where she helps build and support the foundation’s governance, strategy, and community transformation work. Her personal mission is “to create a world that works” by strengthening cross-sector partnerships between government, nonprofit, and business to address social determinants of health and improve the health of all. Prior to Well Being Trust, Ashley helped build an advisory council for the AB InBev Foundation; conducted research for a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation study on local health policy across the U.S.; and conducted the first social impact assessment of a sustainable sanitary napkin business in Uganda. She also served as an AmeriCorps member for the American Red Cross in Seattle, where she conducted disaster preparedness education and community outreach and was a first responder to Superstorm Sandy in 2012. Ashley earned her MBA, MPH, and BA from the University of Michigan, and she has been named a Winston Scholar in Health Policy, Dow Sustainability Fellow, and Stamps Leadership Scholar.
